Road trip Day 1

We left Sacramento around 12:00 and checked into our hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah by 10:30.
The boys are having a blast!!! We all are. This drive is our Great American Roadtrip and it was so cool to see all the fireworks light up the sky as we entered the Salt Lake valley on the 4th of July.

Even though it's 11pm, we are putting on our swimsuits to enjoy the pool. After all, we're on vacation!

Summer 2011

Yesterday was the first day of summer...it was 102 degrees in Stockton CA. Yikes!!!

Needless to say, we headed to our neighborhood pool to cool off.

Peter's end of the year awards

I missed so many award ceremonies this year because of work. All the boys did really well in school and added many more awards and certificates to our super job wall. I did make it to Pete's third grade end of the year awards. As his teacher was introducing the award... I knew it was him!
